Our Team
Our team is made up of two groups - the Project Managers and Consultants here in the USA, and the Developers overseas in Bangladesh. When a customer contacts us for a project, they get assigned a local Project Manager. The Project Manager interacts with the customer here and manages the resources overseas. The project is also assigned a technical consultant. The consultant gets the initial technical requirements of the project and discusses the technology options with the customer. The consultant will be the central point of contact for both the customer and the developers for any technical questions or concerns.
All our managers and consultants have an average of 10 years or more of experience in Information Technology. Our project managers have extensive experience in managing very small to very large projects. Among our pool of consultants, we have expertise in a wide range of technologies. No matter what kind of technology you are currently using, or would like to use, we have the experts to find the best solution for you.
Our developers overseas are responsible for writing the code and providing support. The developers communicate directly with the customer to get detailed requirements, provide status updates, and answer any questions. All our developers have college degrees (mostly in Computer Science). They have to go through a very rigorous interview process, which includes English language assessment. Our developers have experience in a wide range of technologies, and we provide an extensive training program for them to keep up with new technology.
